Cubs JOTT

The cubs completed the Lord Baden Powel (BP) Look wide walk retracing the steps of BP, from the train station to what was an open field hill top camp site, “look wide”. This was the first ever official camp following Lord Powel founding the Scout movement. some of our members were invested along with a fellow Member of the world scouting movement currently visiting from Paris. Thanks to Geoff Coulson, our guide for the day

Hearing Dog Visit

The Cubs enjoyed a visit from Connie, she’s a hearing dog for the deaf her owners gave a great presentation of the Hearing dogs for the deaf charity. This helped with our work towards the disability awareness badge and raised some much needed funds through generous donations from our members.
