Elf and safety at the Christmas party!

Despite the rain the scouts had a good time camping at Kielder. Activities included bell boating, crate stacking, climbing and archery.

The scouts had fun running around the Town Moor for the first face to face scout night. Everyone was delighted to be meeting face to face instead of zoom!

A big thank you to Andrea for teaching us how to cook shrimp, courgette and mascarpone pasta.

The scouts had to follow a route from Montagu Hut to the All Saints Church whilst maintaining social distancing.  This was followed by chips and pizza on All Saints field.

It was good to be back together with a night of socially distanced games at Montagu Hut.

Montagu scouts were challenged to cook a pancake using a nightlight and an old bake bean tin.

The challenge was to guide an egg to the floor from as high as point as possible.

The scouts had a good night climbing at Newcastle Climbing Centre. The wall looked very high from the top! A big thank you to the instructors.
